Breast Augmentation Plastic Surgeons

I do a breast augmentation as long a time, as has always been much larger than others, but I do not want to get into one and also I have terrible fear of what they look bad (too hard, and round). I wonder if you can obtain breast tissue for transplantation to another type (like they do sometimes with liposuction, the fat absorbed by the body, and then another excuse things. By the simple terminology). Does anyone know if this is possible has been done before, or suggestions? Please know that sounds like a silly question, but do not waste time with answers that are not serious. Thanks.
