hello, I'm looking only for good but cheap breast augmentation plastic surgeons to do in the Baltimore area or nearby. If you had one (or know someone with one) - tell me your experiences (good or bad), and even where you went, how much it was.also it is better to pay it all at once or is it a good idea to make a payment plan?
