In the past I've seen a few plastic surgery shows like "I want a Famous Face" and "Dr. 90 201" and it seems that there is this tendency by the "Brazilian Butt Lift", where they take on another part of your body fat and use it to shape your butt. I do not know why this came into my head, but I wonder if they do then they can, why they make a kind of Brazilian breast lift.
