Breast Augmentation Plastic Surgeons

I have been researching like crazy on the chest agumentation and wanted to talk with the best plastic surgeon here in Las Vegas, NV before I decided that something can talk to someone Surgeons. If you have had breast cancer Agumentation here in Latvia, and a large plastic surgeon referral you send my way I would really appreciate it recommended. The more the better, but they must be licensed! Money is not so much a concearn when working with a good plastic surgery. I have 0 breast (cup A) (mosquito bites) and people got confused with a high school girl, Im a 23-year-old women, and I have decided to gather more information before I do something I have done research on healing because every woman ( 1-2 weeks (not completely healed, I know), but based on experience, how long before a full recovery?
