Is it possible for a plastic surgeon to dig the pocket too far down during breast augmentation?

Her breast implants a year ago. The right breast is smaller than the left. At first, my surgeon told me my left breast had not "dropped" yet. So I left it there. But a year later, I look more closely, and I think they dug into the pocket below the right breast, so it is much smaller than the left. Also, my scars set in the "pressure" on his chest. My left breast scar is not visible because it is in the midst of pressure. In my right breast, but you can see the scar, which makes me think that my pocked was dug too far. If you remove the skin at the bottom of the right breast and push up with the skin on the bottom of the left breast, the chest is in great condition and the scar is not visible, is in the crease where belongs. My surgeon had to dig much, it's my right breast is smaller? And most importantly, can it be fixed?
